As a real party piece Lockitron will know when you are a few feet away from your door and unlock itself, great for when you have those 5 bags of shopping in your hands. Lockitron will retail at around £150-170 pounds and well worth every penny when you think about it, no?

Ok now im sure most of you know about this, but just in case, here is the ‘selfie stick’. What’s the most quick and efficient way of making strangers around you loath and despise you? Well its the selfie stick. But for most of us who couldn’t care less about that and who want great selfie pictures of ourselves and our mates, the selfie stick is a must have accessory. Retailing at around £6-15 this is a real no brainer stocking filler!

Again, by no means a new addition to the gadget list but a gooden none the less. The iPhone eye scope allows you to take your iPhone’s standard zoom up to a whopping 8x zoom capability. Boasting a field view of around 250 metres the iPhone will give your standard DSLR a run for its money! What’s more Apple have been good enough to provide a little tripod with the package. This is the ideal gadget for the wannabe Bill Oddie’s amongst us. You will be looking at around £28-35 for this handy little addition.

Just when you thought the 21st century could not make your life any easier, the iKettle comes along and saves the day. Its simple this one, use your iPhone device and tell the kettle to start boiling from anywhere in your house. We all know where that will be, from the bed, first thing in the morning. Retailing at around £99-110 unfortunately butler is not included so you will have to subsequently pour your own water after boiling. Great shame.
