  • Just In Case

This option sits between monthly and pay as-you-go plans and allows you to prepay a minimum of 8 support hours at a reduced rate to sort out larger issues or give an allowance for consultancy advice.

This option works especially well if you require help with an office move or want to renew your IT equipment but need advice on the best options available. Grasp will keep track of your hours spent and supply you with a monthly statement.

  • Proactive Support

To begin with we’ll carry out an in depth analysis of your current system, discuss your requirements, then supply a proposal to detail our suggestions for monthly support tasks along with the associated fees.

This will cover not only emergency problems requiring remote or onsite support, but also allows Grasp Support to invest some extra time to be proactive in making suggestions to improve the running of your IT systems.

  • When Things Go Wrong

This option works well for companies working to a smaller budget or if you need extra support when your current support system is not available due to holidays etc.
